After a week in Cannes surrounded by builders, operators, investors, suppliers, and industry leaders, I’m reminded that the most meaningful conversations rarely happen in conference halls. One of the highlights of the week was hosting a private tour of one of Europe’s only museums dedicated exclusively to female artists and female Impressionists. It was an opportunity to celebrate creativity, expression, and the remarkable contributions of women whose work has helped shape culture, design, and the way we experience the world around us. For me, it was especially meaningful. Growing up, I watched my sister build a career as a real estate developer. Through her work, I saw firsthand the creativity, resilience, and determination required to bring projects from vision to reality. I also saw the countless challenges that exist throughout the construction process: the coordination, inefficiencies, delays, and complexity that too often stand between great ideas and execution. Those experiences played a significant role in shaping my belief that the people building our physical world deserve better technology. They inspired my passion for construction, infrastructure, and ultimately the mission we’re pursuing at Kaya AI: helping the industry operate with greater visibility, coordination, and intelligence. Bringing together a group of friends, partners, and industry leaders to share this experience felt like a fitting way to celebrate Joseph Kava and his tremendous impact on the data center and infrastructure industry. Joe has spent years helping shape the physical foundation that powers the digital world, and it was a privilege to recognize that contribution among such an incredible group of people. The future belongs to platforms that embed intelligence directly into real workflows, not just interfaces that look impressive in a demo. 2.⁠ ⁠Agentic AI is becoming real infrastructure. The next wave of enterprise value will come from systems that can reason across complexity, coordinate work, and drive action across fragmented environments. 3.⁠ ⁠Physical AI is the next frontier. In industries like construction, supply chain, and last mile, the biggest opportunity is connecting digital intelligence to what actually happens in the real world.
