With the widespread use of our AI agent, Pippen, within our customer base, we have begun to notice some creative interpretations being applied by Pippen when helping customers troubleshoot, including claiming (fictional) outages. Presumably, figuring out what is actually wrong is far harder, even when you are AI, than pretending there is some outage and washing your hands of it! This development while expected, is something that all teams that are building AI agents must consider and handle. These things do happen to everyone not just Microsoft and other large companies....
