“Austin is not only a quick study and fast to pick up concepts , but his execution and diligence is marveled. Austin worked for me twice and always wanted to understand the concepts as well as the delivery which has made him a great leader. It is hard to find a Sales Leader who takes the time to practice what they preach and live by the concepts required to motivate young talent. There are a lot of people that can manage "c" talent to become "B" talent but not many that can take "B" talent and make them A's... Austin has that ability and it has been amazing to watch him grow. ”
