Ben Brewer shared thisFirst time at Shoptalk. Came to learn. Left with a conviction. Here's what 3 days on the floor actually looked like: Every vendor has an agent. Everything is AI-powered. And the buyers? They've stopped nodding along. They're tired. Not of AI — of promises that don't come with a receipt. The question I heard more than any other wasn't 'what can it do?' It was 'what did it actually change?' That's the whole game right now. Not capability. Causality.

Ben Brewer shared thisRecord growth year. The numbers matter. But how this group operates matters more. People who debate, do the work, and own the outcome. We’re building in a market that’s changing by the second. That requires adaptability, humility, and speed. This team leans into that. Ben Brewer shared thisObrigado, Portugal. Back from a week in Lisbon with our GTM teams—spending time on the questions that matter right now: how the market is shifting, what customers expect next, and how we build on the momentum from FY25 without losing discipline as we accelerate. The conversations were grounded and focused—centered on being more prescriptive, showing value faster, and understanding what execution requires in a more demanding, less forgiving market, especially for our customers. Now it’s back to execution—together.

Ben Brewer posted thisPrepping for our GTMKO in Lisbon this year — going through content, presentations, and sessions — I’m reminded just how global and diverse Bloomreach really is. This morning alone, we had six people on a call, all from different countries, collaborating in English while naturally switching back and forth with their native languages. That mix of perspectives, cultures, and languages is part of how we work — and part of what makes the collaboration stronger. I have a lot of respect for the adaptability and thoughtfulness that takes. It’s easy to overlook — but it shouldn’t be. 🌍

Ben Brewer shared thisFirst time at National Retail Federation Conference this week in NYC. Big show. Lots of conversations. A few things really stood out: 1) AI has to do, not just tell. It’s not about insights — it’s about execution. AI that must take action - complete a job or it’s just noise. 2) Experience still wins. Trust, relevance, and human connection are still what differentiate brands. 3) Retail is getting practical. Less hype. More focus on efficiency, margin, and proving ROI in a tougher macro. 4) Personalization continues to move from “nice to have” to “core strategy.” Not just segments & campaigns. Real-time, individual experiences at scale. This is exactly why I’m excited about what we’re building at Bloomreach — helping brands turn data into action, personalize in real time, and deliver experiences that actually drive purchases.

Ben Brewer shared thisA strong year at Bloomreach. The numbers speak for themselves — and they’re the result of an exceptional group of people. It starts with Raj De Datta: endlessly curious, always learning, always listening, and constantly pushing us to think about what’s next for our customers. That mindset runs through the company and is what allows us to keep pushing the market forward, not just competing in it. Proud of this team and what we’re building. Onward into 2026 🚀.Ben Brewer shared thisBloomreach ~2xed its growth rate in 2025 at pre-IPO scale. My 3 lessons for massive growth acceleration at scale: 1) All-in focus (across GTM+Product) on no more than 3 core plays that are accelerating, 2) BIG TAM focus - big growth comes from big TAMs - stay focused on the prize. 3) AI-focus: The core motion must be accelerated by AI tailwinds (not just new AI offerings/processes)

Ben Brewer posted thisShoutout to the GTM teams who didn’t get a holiday break 🙃 . Grinding through year-end. Pulling in every last dollar. Living in time zones you don’t actually reside in. Crossing the finish line exhausted… only to log back in and hear: “So everyone’s refreshed…” “What’s pipe coverage?” “How do we get off to a fast start?” “Kickoff’s in a few weeks.” There’s a special kind of whiplash that comes from finishing the hardest stretch of the year and immediately being asked to restart the clock. But this is the life we signed up for. High standards. Short memory. Big goals. Constant reset. That said — burnout doesn’t come from hard work. It comes from doing hard work in the wrong environment. New year, natural reset. If you’re looking to work with smart people who genuinely care about each other, the quality of the work, and the customers they serve, come take a look at Bloomreach. Coming off a historic FY25 and positioned to do it again.🚀

Ben Brewer shared thisWith content flooding every channel, brands keep their unique differentiation by staying grounded in one thing: real connection to the customer. Use AI to scale the manual work — but never let it create distance from the people you serve. Great discussion with Amanda Cole on what really keeps brands differentiated.

Ben Brewer shared thisThrilled to welcome Dave Jardine to Bloomreach as our new SVP Sales & GM, Americas. This isn’t just a leadership hire — it’s a reflection of the company we’re building. Dave has scaled high-performing teams, transformed go-to-market motions, and built durable growth engines. More importantly, he brings clarity, urgency, and a deep customer focus at a time when commerce and marketing are shifting into an entirely new era. While others play defense, Bloomreach continues to accelerate forward. We’re building for where the market is going — AI-powered engagement, data-driven personalization, and an experience layer that connects data, channels, and moments across the customer journey. That requires leaders who’ve done it before and know how to build what comes next. Dave joins us at the perfect moment: new channels emerging, new verticals expanding, and massive opportunity in front of us. Couldn’t be more excited about what we’ll build together. Welcome to the team, Dave. Big things ahead. 🚀Ben Brewer shared thisWe're excited to welcome Dave Jardine as SVP Sales & GM, Americas! Dave brings a proven track record of scaling go-to-market teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. His vision aligns perfectly with our mission at a critical time in commerce. As new channels emerge—from conversational AI to evolving discovery experiences—our ability to personalize across any touchpoint becomes even more valuable. With Dave leading our Americas team, we're ready to help brands navigate these new frontiers. Welcome to the team, Dave!

Ben Brewer liked thisBen Brewer liked thisI'm thrilled to join FranklinCovey, leading Product and Technology for the Enterprise Division. And honestly, it feels like a homecoming. When you look back on your career, you likely have a handful of leaders whose voice you can still hear. What made them different wasn't a title or a spotlight - it was how they saw what you could become clearly enough that you came to see it too. That's what FranklinCovey has taught for decades: leadership as a practice that belongs to everyone, lived from the inside out. And it has never mattered more than in this moment. I've spent my career innovating at the crossroads of people and technology, where technology sits in service of human capability and inclusion. I'm grateful to be here, building with the FranklinCovey team to extend adaptive, personalized guidance further into the flow of work, where behavior actually shifts - and help people find the clarity to step into the leader they already are. Changing lives, creating powerful human outcomes, and trust filled cultures that land amazing results. Thrilled to be here!

Ben Brewer liked thisHonor to be with the top private AI companies in the world today for the opening bell NYSE and celebrate these amazing companies. These companies and their customers are trying to Harness the value of AI from a technology and business model perspective. They all want an ROI on AI!Ben Brewer liked this"These 40 companies alone have raised over $300 Billion in capital. And what's interesting about that is, even if you exclude the three top ones, which are OpenAI, Anthropic and Databricks, each of the other companies has raised on average, $800 Million." Ben Brewer liked thisBen Brewer liked thisNew York Pizza has 300+ locations, each running its own promotions. The personalization challenge that creates is trickier than it looks. When hundreds of franchise locations each have their own active deals, personalization stops being a content problem and starts being a data architecture problem. You can't hand-configure that at scale. The system has to understand the customer and the context simultaneously AND assemble the right thing automatically. That's what Loomi made possible here. A real-time store feed connects each location's promotions directly to customer profiles (ie: order history, preferences, pickup vs. delivery habits). The right offer gets matched and assembled without manual creative work per store, without IT involvement every time marketing wants to move. The result: 30% increase in email click-through rate on locally personalized campaigns, 4% order uplift, and 300+ stores served from a single workflow. Maarten Meijer, digital marketing manager at New York Pizza, said their goal isn't purely incremental orders, it's making sure customers are more satisfied with the communication they receive. Relevance over volume. That's increasingly how the best marketers are thinking about this space. Not how to send more. How to send better. #Loomi #BestMinds

Ben Brewer liked thisBen Brewer liked thisSome of the most important work doesn't happen in silos. It happens when we create the space to think, challenge ideas, and build together. Last month, our Bloomreach Academy team came together for our Amsterdam onsite. Over two days, we stepped away from the day-to-day to focus on our mission, our values, and our priorities for the next six months. There was plenty of energy, along with sticky notes, whiteboards, and great conversations. We brainstormed, challenged ideas, debated different perspectives with curiosity, and created space for thoughtful discussions. We finished the onsite by becoming detectives for an hour, solving puzzles and hunting down the thief behind the Da Vinci masterpiece. Spoiler alert: we caught them! 🕵♀️ Thanks Elevent for the fun experience! If we had to describe the onsite in one word, it would be: 🤓 Ana Rita Carvalho: Productive ✨ Mai Tran: Energising 💡 Noor Zehra: Brainstorming 🌱 Dajana Koperova: Fruitful 🌍 Sophie Ward CDLP: Unifying To all Bloomreach Academy learners, there are a lot of exciting things coming your way. Stay tuned! Here's to the next six months. 🚀 #BloomreachAcademy #DigitalLearning #CustomerEducation #Teamwork #Collaboration #ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalDevelopment #Ecommerce

Ben Brewer liked thisBen Brewer liked thisFive years ago we interviewed someone with little experience in our field, short CV, and some basic technical hard skills. But he had: - a growth mindset - a humble attitude - a great cultural fit - a technical mind We gave him a shot and he's been with us since then. He now leads a team of our solution engineers and leads complex integrations as a Bloomreach Solution architect. And he's doing great. 👏 Back then we were a three‑person crew chasing every opportunity. Today we run a full delivery machine, handling massive, complex projects for brands such as Groupon and Flutter Entertainment. That interview was with Denys. As we celebrate his five-year job anniversary, we also celebrate Bloomreach’s Delivery Verified Partner badge, a testament to the trust our clients & Bloomreach place in us. Thanks to people like Denys.
