Both as a mentor and inspiration to those who work around him, Ben commands respect and facilitates collaboration in an unassuming way. Importantly, at the end of this is the final product. Ideas, images, inventions - beautifully created. No details missed. He has a keen understanding of the tools of the trade, gets the technology, works the craft. He'll think the idea, then will make the idea. He always, always sees it through. The proof of all this is the wins, the positive feedback from clients, the growth of those under his tutelage and the lift in the work of the creative team overall. He, unassumingly, carries on - simultaneously a leader and the backbone of a strong team. It has been, and continues to be, an honour to work with Ben.
