I've been: → On warehouse floors → In go-live war rooms → In steering committees Places where I was the only woman present. To be honest, it doesn't feel unusual to me anymore. And that's a problem. Last year, Gartner found that 70% of supply chain organizations SAY they want more women in leadership. But only 29% actually track it on their scorecards. And apparently, even that number is shrinking. This industry is happy to put women on panels. But somehow it hasn't figured out how to put them in rooms where actual decisions get made. P.S.
