Over the last 10+ years, I've had the incredible opportunity to create unique experiences that brought people together and celebrated the moments that matter most. From airplane reveals and stadium buyouts to helping rebuild the Events team and leading our Recognition programs over the past two years, every challenge, every event, and every milestone has shaped me in more ways than I can put into words. What I'll treasure most aren't the events themselves—it's the people. I've had the privilege of creating meaningful experiences for team members, partners, media, and leaders across the company, but the greatest privilege of all has been the people I've worked alongside every day. To my Events and Recognition team—thank you for making the last several years some of the most rewarding of my career. It has been an absolute privilege to lead, learn, and grow alongside each of you. Your creativity, resilience, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence are what made every event and every recognition moment so special. I couldn't be more proud of what we created together, and I'll forever be grateful for the friendships, laughter, support, and memories we've shared. American has given me opportunities I never could have imagined, challenged me to grow as a leader, and gave me lasting memories. I'll always be grateful for this chapter and for everyone who helped shape it. While it's bittersweet to close this chapter, I'm incredibly excited for what's next. More to come soon!!!
