Colorado startups attracted $7.46 billion in venture capital investments in 2025, marking the second-highest year on record. A report shared by Innosphere highlights that: - CleanTech, ClimateTech, Life Sciences, Quantum & Photonics, and Aerospace accounted for the majority of their VC activity. - Strategic M&A drove a significant share of transactions in the state with 41 venture-backed exits. Perhaps these trends signal that the Colorado Venture ecosystem is seeking mature startups and later-stage deals. If so, the question is: should Wyoming Entrepreneurs incubate their venture here and then seek funding opportunities in the Front Range? How about the Wasatch Front? Could you do that and still be HQ in Laramie or Evanston, for example? @Mike Freeman Last question: Is it time to give up on Jackson Hole as a potential VC hub for Wyoming? @Bert Adam I am asking for a friend. 😉 Link for the full report in the comments section.
