Good habits are often formed young. When it comes to volunteerism, there are many nonprofits to choose from however after working with Second Harvest Food Bank I quickly realized that getting my kids involved is a priceless learning experience.

I normally haul my kids to do at least 16 hours of volunteering and of course I volunteer as well. We normally sort out food donations and pack lunch & dinner rations so they can be handed out at a later time
