Migration of AZLEG.GOV users from on an on-premise Exchange server to Office 365 via Exchange 2013 hybrid server. Including public folders. Implemented Autodiscover.

Review and adjust current hybrid configuration to meet Microsoft best practices, setup hybrid public folder access, and test and establish migration process to Office 365 Exchange Online.

E-mail migration from Exchange 2010 environment to Office 365 via an Exchange hybrid setup using an Exchange 2013 server, a highly available Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), and Directory Synchronization. Included AD remediation, PowerShell scripting and DNS changes.

Technical lead consultant on project to migration from on premise Office Communicator 2007 R2 to Lync Online in Office 365. Installed ADFS and Dirsync on-premise for Single Sign On. Project required the use of two different SIP domains, custom script took user's primary SMTP address and changed their UPN to match, ADFS was set up to federate both domains.

Manually migrated Postini archives to Office 365.

Active directory migration for some offices that were bought from a larger company to form its own company. Active Directory Migration was done using ADMT 3.2. Project included the migration of DFS and SQL servers as well as workstations and servers.

Restoration work of a Bank's company portal whose database was corrupted and had no corruption free backups to work from. Rebuilt the site in a development environment one site collection at a time, then migrated un-corrupted site collections back to the production environment then separated them out into their own unique content databases and deleted the corrupted database.

Multi-forest, multi-tenant Office 365 with hybrid coexistence design

Assessment of a current email environment and design of a centrally managed Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010 server environment supporting 500 users over 3 site locations.

Built a SharePoint 2010 Disaster recovery environment for Flushing bank involving a single farm. In the event of a DR scenario mirrored SQL databases can be mounted to the DR sharepoint farm and DNS can be pointed to the DR site, returning sharepoint service within 20 minutes of outage.

Designing and development of a multisite solution consisting of a 32 Exchange 2010 server (16 Cas/hub, 16 mailbox servers) deployment and an 11 Lync Server 2010 (4 front end, 2 backend, 2 av, 1 archive/monitor, 2 OCS 2007 R2 servers) deployment on premises for the 15,000 faculty/staff of the University of Arizona. With the use of CISCO ACE load balancer, unix post fix, geocluster, and vmware.

Migrating users from legacy email system to Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services (BPOS), Microsoft's Office 365 beta, on Microsoft's exchange cloud.
