“James and I worked together to launch rewards & recognition software to >13,000 U.S. field employees while I was VP of Total Rewards & HR Systems at WW (Weight Watchers). I had a hard time finding a solution that fit my needs and could be implemented on an aggressive timetable. James worked with me to prove his solution could fit my needs as well as my economic terms. His role was primarily in a sales executive capacity. However, I was impressed with how engaged he was post-sale to ensure success. He and his colleagues drove implementation, new functionality, and unique financial arrangements in record time – all of which required creativity.
