Many people have heard of SBA loans, but may not understand what they entail. An SBA loan can be helpful to small business buyers because it allows one to acquire a business with as little as a 10% equity injection. For example, if a business is for sale for a million dollars, one may only need $100,000 to buy that business and finance the rest.
