Big news for Lehman👏 Lehman College has been awarded a $1.25 million grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to launch a new Bronx Food Humanities Program within the School of Arts and Humanities. This three-year initiative, developed in partnership with Bronx Community College, Hostos Community College, and the New York Botanical Garden, will create research and leadership pathways for students by exploring food as culture, history, and lived experience — not just nutrition.
