Tips Music Q3 FY26 Results The company reported robust growth driven by higher digital monetization, catalogue strength, and increased consumption on streaming platforms. Revenue up 21% YoY, Sequential growth of 6% from Q2 FY26 Operating EBITDA, up 34% YoY (from ₹55.6 crore), with margins expanding by 740 bps to 79% Profit After Tax (PAT), up 33% YoY PAT Margin at 62.2% (improved from 56.9% YoY) For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9M FY26) Revenue at ₹271.6 crore (+17% YoY) PAT at ₹157.7 crore (+16% YoY) Company on track to achieve its revised revenue & PAT growth guidance i.e 20% top & bottom line growth. With Q3FY26 performance, guided numbers look more achievable now. Moreover, continuously declining content cost (4 quarters in a row) led to robust margin expansion, which adds confidence in the business & profitability of the company Its high growth, cash flow rich & high ROE company, set for sustained profitable growth in days to come. Other Key Points The company released 108 songs in the quarter (70 film songs and 38 non-film songs) YouTube subscriber count reached 145.3 million Interim Dividend: Board declared ₹5 per share (total payout ~₹63.91 crore).
