Sean Talmadge reposted thisSean Talmadge reposted thisWhen you are building a new PI firm, every operational decision matters. For TRIDENT LEGAL, LLP, the question was simple: how do you build systems early that actually support sustainable growth later? That is where EvenUp came in. What stands out in this customer story is not just one metric. It is how much leverage the firm is getting across the full case lifecycle: • 30+ hours saved per week • 50% faster adjuster response rate • 50% less discovery work • 10+ hours saved per attorney per week on drafting The team is using EvenUp to get demands out faster, surface treatment gaps before they hurt case value, negotiate more effectively on the spot, and reduce the drafting burden as more cases move into litigation. As Sergo Aivazov, Esq. put it: “You get taken more seriously as a firm because of the quality of EvenUp’s demands.” And this quote really captures the bigger picture: “I can’t imagine not having a software like EvenUp in five or ten years. It’s just going to simplify your work so much more and ensure you have the right systems in place.” This is a great example of what it looks like when a firm builds the right infrastructure early and gives itself room to scale the right way. Sean Talmadge reposted thisSean Talmadge reposted thisWhen demand drafting takes a week, case momentum pays the price. That is exactly what MOET Law Group set out to fix. After adopting EvenUp, the firm: • increased monthly case closures from 30 to 90 • grew gross settlement revenue by 300% • cut demand production time from 7 days to 30 minutes And when treatment changed after an initial demand was already out, the team turned around a comprehensive supplemental demand in under 30 minutes. This is what proactive AI for PI looks like: faster drafting, better visibility into treatment, and stronger preparation when it counts. Sean Talmadge reposted thisSean Talmadge reposted this🍳 Imagine waking up tomorrow and your breakfast is already made, your coffee is poured, and your day is completely organized. You didn’t lift a finger; the routine just ran. I’ve been getting hit with one question a lot lately: "How does EvenUp compare to every other AI company out there right now?" When firms try to build their own AI workflows using generic tech like ChatGPT or Claude, your team is still doing all the cooking. They have to open a case, manually type out prompts, copy-paste medical records, and hope they ask the right questions. It’s completely reactive. 🚀 With EvenUp’s AI Playbooks™, the routine runs on autopilot. The second a file drops in, your firm's SOPs run in the background. No prompting required. It proactively surfaces missing bills, flags TBI indicators, and charts care timelines against policy limits before you even think to ask. But AI Playbooks are just one ingredient. The real secret sauce is the horsepower behind the curtain. We aren't a tiny wrapper tool built by two guys in a garage. We have a massive technical team solely focused on building, maintaining, and shipping this product and the future of it. We also we back that tech with actual boots on the ground. We’ve built localized sales, onboarding, adoption, and success teams to make sure your firm actually wins with this software. We don’t just drop a login in your inbox and wish you luck. And, we also have some pretty cool events, like hosting the FIFA World Cup 2026™ - Canada, Mexico and the United States at the Mercedes-Benz AG Stadium in just a week. Stop sinking valuable firm time into building a generic chatbot from scratch. Buy the system that actually maximizes your case value and speeds up resolution on day one. 🎯 Stop prompting. Start running playbooks.

Sean Talmadge reposted thisSean Talmadge reposted this90% of qualifying cases recovered at policy limits. No concessions. That is what KGS Law PLLC is doing with EvenUp. The firm also: • cut deposition prep time by 96% • accelerated case audits by 80% • scaled a more proactive, data-driven workflow across treatment oversight, demands, negotiations, discovery, and deposition prep This is what happens when a PI firm replaces reactive workflows with proactive AI built for personal injury. Sean Talmadge liked thisSean Talmadge liked thisI fly home every 3 months to visit my parents. I'm born and raised in San Diego, CA (2nd best city in the world after NYC) And I've realized that I don't get home enough. I also realized I chose the "self-employed/entrepreneur" life for a reason... and ones of those reasons is "freedom" (which is such a fallacy imo) But I'm here for a week Filming a ton of content in Pacific Beach Hanging with Mom + eating sushi that doesn't suck (looking at you NYC...) And surfing (just in time for the swell) So note to other founders out there - go visit your parents more. You chose this lifestyle for a reason aka not being forced to go to an office every day. So take advantage of it ❤️

Sean Talmadge liked thisSean Talmadge liked thisIt's one of the most obvious contradictions in medicine. Treating cancer patients is an incredibly complex endeavor. Yet, instead of a clear path for oncologists to concentrate on their patients, their path is littered with an abundance of non-clinical work - and a deluge of disorganized information and details. Stuff gets missed. Clinical teams get stressed. 🩺 Our teams are here to make all of this easier for oncology clinicians who, as they consistently tell us, care for people who are sometimes facing one of the toughest days of their life. An oncologist's presence with patients should really be about that: presence. ➡️ Here is some of what our leaders think about that dedication to oncology: helping solve problems for the organizations we currently serve, those joining us, and the patients they all see. ❓ If you have questions for this group, we'd love to know. Sean Talmadge liked thisSean Talmadge liked thisToday we hit an important mark: $1 Billion in settlements for consumers. This number includes both cases we handled internally and cases we entrusted to co-counsel partners across America. Are we the fastest personal injury firm to get to $1B in settlements? I’m not sure. But I know we are just getting started. In addition to our national co-counsel practice, TopDog Law has grown to a 400 employee internal law firm handling 1,200 cases/month in-house and we are aggressively hiring lawyers. We're hiring plaintiff's attorneys who want to work at real scale inside a firm that has built something most law firms never do: a true national brand. We think it is important to compensate lawyers a percentage of the fees on cases they handle directly whether that is in pre-litigation or in litigation. We hope this compensation model attracts the right kind of lawyers that want to work hard and maximize the value of their cases If you're a lawyer who wants to be part of building something massive, thrives in a high pace environment, and wants to get in early - please send me a message directly or to one of our talented legal recruiters. To every client, every team member, and every law firm partner who helped us get here, thank you. We have come a long way since our first little office in 2019!

3 secrets every elite SDR knows... That merely adequate SDRs simply do not. Elite SDRs: say "no" to almost everything Adequate SDRs: Are order-takers and let everyone and everything control their time Elite SDRs: Prep their week BEFORE the week starts Adequate SDRs: Scramble on Monday Elite SDRs: Use ALL five of their channels (Phone, Email, Social, Video, and Text) Adequate SDRs: Stick with what they're comfortable with, regardless of results So, unless you don't really care about improving (you should probably find something else to do, by the way)... You're putting in the time. Spend a few minutes every week to ensure your system works just as hard. Anything else you'd add? Drop it in the comments. Happy Selling! -- Like this? Sales isn’t about scripts. It’s about conversations. As an SDR, I’ve learned that the fastest way to book meetings isn’t pushing harder it’s listening better. The best conversations happen when you: • respect people’s time • ask thoughtful questions • focus on real problems, not features • treat every no as part of the process Whether it’s SaaS, healthcare tech, or service-based businesses, the goal is always the same: build trust first, pipeline second. Curious, what’s one SDR habit that’s helped you perform better? #SDR #SalesDevelopment #B2BSales #SaaS #OutboundSales #SalesCareers

I’ve been an AE for a while now, selling tech into enterprise prospects, here’s the thing… The AE doesn’t “close” the deal. We conduct it. Being an enterprise AE is like planning a group camping trip… stay with me. We’re not “closing”, we’re convincing a group of mildly suspicious adults to go camping together, then making damn sure it doesn’t rain inside the tent. Here’s how it goes: You rally a group of people around an adventure - "It’s going to be great! Trust me.” The decision maker green-lights it, but they’ve never camped, so they are trusting we have it in hand. Your internal team? Fellow organisers, bringing gear, food, maps, esky's and "expertise" that may or may not involve actual camping knowledge. The prospect? They're the friends you’ve invited into the bush, hoping they enjoy it enough to come back next year, maybe even invest in their own gear. When it goes well: ☀️ Smooth setup, good weather, cracking fire and the marshmallows are perfectly crisp. Everyone laughs, bonds, builds trust, and tells others how good it was. They’ll want to camp again, most likely with the same organiser. But when it goes poorly: 🌧️ You forget the tarp. The sleeping bags are mouldy. Someone brings cans, but no can opener. The kids are soaked, fighting, tearing the tent apart. The decision maker gets food poisoning and has to navigate bush toilets in the pouring rain. 🤮 They don’t just blame this trip. They blame camping altogether. Enterprise selling isn’t a solo act. It’s a performance that feels smooth from the outside, but peek under the water, and it’s a duck’s feet paddling like mad. Our job is to make sure everyone hits their note, without someone launching into a five-minute guitar solo. Most won’t say it, but here’s the truth: ▪️ Enterprise deals are long and layered: We’re not selling—we’re facilitating. Timelines shift, faces change, and half the time, we’re navigating with a map that doesn’t exist. ▪️Multiple champions are essential: One internal supporter doesn’t cut it. You need a full squad—IT, finance, ops, procurement—all gently nudged into the right room at the right time, like you’re directing corporate poetry. ▪️Business acumen > silver tongue. ▪️Value eats pitch decks for breakfast: No ROI, no deal. ▪️Internal alignment is make-or-break: You’ve got to manage internal stakeholders just as carefully as external ones. Great AEs step back so others (usually their SE) can shine. We know when to bring in the big guns, and when to keep them holstered. We respect how our buyers want to engage, and we honour it. Because no one closes a seven-figure deal solo, but a good AE makes it look effortless, while juggling flaming torches behind the curtain. So next time someone brags about “single-handedly closing a $750K deal,” Smile, Nod, and quietly watch their nose grow. Todays post is inspired by Ronald Han Pictured: A couple of sales legends letting off some steam at the Staffbase HQ #EnterpriseSales

First SDR Hire, you have to answer these 3 questions Every founder goes through this at some point but before you say you need a SDR, you need some confidence of market, channel fit. Answer these: **Can you find your target ICP **Can you get their contact information (linkedin, clay, etc) **Can you call, email, linkedin and get in front of them (they will answer, reply, etc) If you're struggling to do any 1:3 above, a 'SDR' might not work You either lean in on scaling a 'founder-led' motion (not typically a sdr) Or you find better channel, market fit where you can get 3/3 on this list

What your reps are doing today vs what they should be doing Most SDRs spend the majority of their day on tasks that don’t directly create opportunities. - Building and validating account lists - Cross-checking every name against ICP criteria. - Hunting for contact data across multiple providers - Researching accounts across multiple public sources - Writing cold emails - Writing follow-ups - Placing dials one by one - Leaving voicemails for every prospect that doesn’t pick up The kind of tasks that keep your reps busy but not productive. At Klenty, we call these non-pipeline activities. Instead, reps should be focusing their time on pipeline activities like - Sending personalized emails - Having conversations with the right prospects - Responding to positive replies With Klenty's team of AI agents working together across your outbound process, eliminate all non–pipeline activities from your to-do list. Reps simply need to review and approve AI’s output. Get your reps focused on pipeline activities with Klenty's AI Agents. #aiagents #aiinsales #salesengagement #salesrep #insidesales #bdr #sdr #salestech

The 6 Things Every Elite SDR Manager Obsess Over (…and what average teams ignore) Most SDR managers measure activity. Elite SDR managers measure leverage. Here’s what separates the two: 1: Pipeline & Revenue Impact Not just “meetings booked.” Pipeline coverage. SQL to Closed Won %. ROI on every dial. 2: Talent Velocity Fast ramp. Skill growth. Clear career paths. Your team should outgrow the role, not quit it. 3: Process Excellence Cadences. Tech stack adoption. SLA compliance. No lead left behind. No prospect chased twice. 4: Data Driven Coaching Meetings booked per 100 touches. Channel conversion rates. Forecast accuracy. Real metrics > gut feelings. 5: Cross Functional Alignment Marketing. AEs. RevOps. Your team isn’t an island. It’s the bridge between go to market functions. 6: Strategic Growth Moves New verticals. AI adoption. Global coverage. Always be testing. Always be iterating. The average SDR manager fights fires. The best build systems that print pipeline. Which one are you building? #SalesDevelopment #SDRLeadership #RevenueGrowth #PipelineGeneration #B2BSales #sdr

Every AE needs to understand this: 1) OTE is largely a function of quota 2) Larger OTE means larger quota because ratios are consistent 3) Larger quota/OTE doesn’t mean you’ll have what you need to even get close to the quota/OTE Don’t be the AE that falls for a big OTE with a 7:1 quota to OTE ratio and 80% of reps badly missing target. It’s the laziest recruiting tactic (we’ll give you a higher OTE!) that takes advantage of AEs that don’t know the math.
