Terri Levine shared thisThreads just passed X in mobile daily active users, and I am in love with it. Here is what makes it different right now. The algorithm is friendly in a way that almost feels too good. You can literally talk to it. I said bring me women who would like to go on a retreat, and every single day leads came in. That is how I filled my retreat. No ads. The second thing is the energy of the people there. It reminds me of the old, old Twitter, where people actually showed up to engage instead of posting into the void. If I say I do not agree with something, I get a wave of people who agree and a wave who do not. And what does that give me? Conversation. That is the whole point. Deep conversation is where relationships start, and relationships are where business begins. The catch is that friendly algorithms do not stay friendly forever. This window is open right now, and the coaches who lean in early are the ones who will benefit most. So my advice is simple. Take advantage of it before the algorithm changes. Terri Levine shared thisNearly 88 percent of entrepreneurs are battling anxiety, burnout, or depression. And yet most coaches keep responding to that with more strategy, more methodology, more frameworks. The thinking goes that if I just share my system, people will funnel right into my business. But that is not what people are actually asking for. In my experience, people want a sense of community. They want to feel like they are part of a tribe, somewhere they can hang out, be seen, and know real people. My client family members ask me the same thing nearly every day. How can I be seen and connected to the right people? They already understand something important. It is not a numbers game. It is a game of being in conversation with the right people. That is exactly why I interview members inside my Facebook community, so more people can get to know them, like them, and trust them. Connection is the product. The frameworks just support it. Terri Levine liked thisTerri Levine liked thisI've been doing remote work since long "before it was cool." Home office since 1995. That's over three decades of running my own experiment, with the data to prove it out. There were a few flirtations with corporate. Going into an office. Battling traffic. Those didn't last long. Here's what I learned. Anyone who says people have to return to the office to be productive has either hired the wrong people or has a need to be in control. Those are the two options from my perspective – and neither are flattering. Remote work gives you things an office never can. Time you don't spend in commute. Freedom you don't spend in commute. Less frustration. Less cost. Less impact on the planet. Yes, you need responsible people to do this. I won't pretend otherwise. But it is amazing what happens when you empower someone and then get out of their way. Trust first. Stop micromanaging. Watch what they build. The pushback I always hear is human connection. You need to be in the same room. You need the in person magic to get the best results. My partner and I built an infrastructure where 97% of the people we work with we have never met in person. Not once. And in any given quarter we see more opportunity cross our desks than most people see in an entire career. I'm not saying that to brag. I'm saying it to refute the idea that there is only one way to do this. That you have to follow the playbook to succeed. That remote work doesn't work. I've got a 30+ year track record that says it does. Rather well, in fact. Is it for EVERYONE - no - but it surely works with the right people in place.

For about $50-100 per month, a business gets a law firm on retainer. Here's why that number matters. Lawyers bill $200 to $1,500 per hour. 𝗔 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. - A contract review. - A landlord dispute. - A collections letter. - An employee issue. Handled properly, any one of them runs into four figures fast. So people don't call. They sign the lease without reading it. They let the collection agency keep calling. They take the settlement because fighting it costs less than winning it. And when you ask them why, they'll usually say: "I don't use lawyers." That's not true, though. Not in the way they mean it. It isn't a preference. We don't "use" lawyers, because virtually nobody can afford to. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆'𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲. These are the same lawyers you'd hire at full rate. Not a call center. Not a chatbot. Not a watered-down tier of "legal help" that isn't really legal help. Every state has its own dedicated firm. Licensed, practicing attorneys, the same bar and the same courtrooms as the ones billing $300-$1000 an hour to somebody else. You're just not paying by the hour. _______________ One of my business clients estimates he saves between $5,000 and $7,000 a year. Not because he has fewer legal questions than he used to, but because he has more. He calls whenever something comes up, instead of deciding whether the question is worth the invoice. And he says the bigger thing isn't even the money. It's knowing that he's already covered if he's ever sued. _______________ That's the whole shift. Legal help stops being an emergency purchase and becomes something you use every day. What would you ask a lawyer, if it were free to ask?
