Today I facilitated a roundtable discussion with Anton Osika , CEO of Lovable , along with several other members of f.ounders club at Web Summit. The biggest takeaway was simple: there is no playbook. Everyone is trying to figure out how to embed AI and agentic workflows into both their products and their internal operations. Not as a “feature,” but as a new way of working. The founders who are moving fastest aren’t waiting for perfect strategy documents or long-term roadmaps. They are: • Experimenting rapidly • Creating internal champions who push change from within • Testing, iterating, and seeing what actually drives impact on a KPI This phase of AI adoption is less about theory and more about execution. Women’s health is finally becoming a serious tech category. Midi Health raised $50M Series C last month, bringing total funding to around $150M. They began with virtual menopause care and now they are layering AI, longevity and preventive health. Women's health market is big and is expanding everyday: - The menopause market alone is ~$18B today, growing to $24B+ by 2030. - The broader women’s health market will cross $68B by 2030. - Digital femtech could grow 6x to $20B+ by 2034. The exciting part is that insurance is also starting to cover it. Employers and payers are adding menopause and midlife programs to benefits, first in the U.S. and now gradually in the GCC and U.K. Women in midlife spend 30–40% more on healthcare than men, and untreated symptoms drive absenteeism, claims, and chronic complications. - AI is making it scalable and - Insurance is making it sustainable Women's health category has traditionally had higher rejection rates from insurance companies, AI solutions are also fixing that. It’ll be interesting to see how this category evolves and whether more startups attract venture funding to scale it further. #aiinhealthcare #insurancecategoriesexpansion
