By turning uncertainty into tradable probabilities, they became one of the most compelling real-world crypto applications to date. 🧠 Speculation Washes Out 2025 marked a clear pivot away from hype-driven trades toward fundamentals and durability. The market increasingly rewarded discipline, revenue, and resilient business models over reflexive risk-taking. 📉 New Frameworks Emerge Returns were highly dispersed, and most newly launched tokens significantly underperformed. A small group of clear winners captured the upside, while a majority of new tokens became liquidity traps. ⚖️ 2026 Look Ahead The industry now faces a real tension between institutional comfort and permissionless values. Growth is coming, but whether crypto-native principles shine through will define the years ahead. The window for simply being early is closing.
