Title: Senior AI Product & Developer Efficiency Consultant (PDLC Optimization)
Pay: $100+/hour

Overview
We are seeking a senior-level consultant to drive AI-enabled efficiencies across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This role will focus on identifying, designing, and implementing scalable solutions using AI code generation tools and modern development practices to improve productivity across enterprise teams. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, assess tooling, and introduce practical, high-impact improvements across a large and complex product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize product development workflows across multiple business units and product lines
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI-powered development tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, automation platforms)
Evaluate and recommend appropriate tooling across the enterprise, with a strong understanding of the current AI tooling landscape
Partner with business and technical teams to consolidate, streamline, and scale workflows across large, distributed organizations
Translate high-level objectives into actionable technical solutions with minimal oversight
Drive adoption of AI tooling by improving usability, enablement strategies, and real-world application within engineering teams
Conduct assessments across a broad portfolio of products to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including prototyping and implementing solutions when needed
Build frameworks for how different teams can adopt AI tools based on their unique workflows and needs
Required Experience
8+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical consulting
Strong background across the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
Hands-on experience with AI code generation and developer productivity tools (e.g., Windsurf, Devin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
Proven ability to operate independently and translate ambiguous direction into tangible outcomes
Experience evaluating and implementing enterprise-level tools across multiple teams or business units
Strong understanding of how engineering, product, and operational workflows intersect
Preferred Experience
Experience working in large, complex enterprises with hundreds of products or applications
Exposure to AI enablement strategies or internal tooling adoption initiatives
Familiarity with workflow consolidation and process optimization across multiple teams
Experience supporting or partnering with operational/business teams (not just engineering)
