Role Description The Assistant Asset Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This position supports the asset management team in overseeing a diversified real estate portfolio, including monitoring property performance, tracking budgets, and assisting with financial reporting and variance analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and reviewing operating data, coordinating with property management teams, preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and investors, and assisting with lease administration and tenant relations. The role also involves helping evaluate capital projects, supporting financing and refinancing activities, and contributing to strategies that enhance asset value and operational efficiency. The Assistant Asset Manager works closely with senior team members to ensure that properties perform in line with business plans and market conditions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and familiarity with real estate cash flow concepts.

Relevant experience in real estate asset management, property management, or real estate finance is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Comfort with standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn real estate-specific tools and databases.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach.
