Pro-Tech Floors is looking to add an Assistant Project Coordinator to our growing team in Trainer, PA (just 5 minutes from the Commodore Barry Bridge, right off I-95). We’re a family-run commercial flooring company that’s been serving the Greater Philadelphia Region since 2001.

Whether you're an experienced professional or a recent college graduate eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, tight-knit team where you’ll play a key role supporting sales operations from start to finish. THIS POSITION IS FULLY IN PERSON.

🧰 Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with scheduling and customer meetings

• Help prepare proposals and material pricing

• Coordinate certificates, agreements, and project documents

• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports

• Communicate changes or delays in project timelines

• Able to manage multiple tasks
