Position Information
Serves as receptionist for the main office; enters student attendance data in the electronic reporting system; coordinates the collection, maintenance, and distribution of student attendance information; receives Associated Student Body (ASB) funds and maintains related records; assists students in the Health Room; provides secretarial support to building administrators.
Shift Details: 6.8 hours a day; 190 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $36.40 per hour (2025-2026 Office Personnel Salary Schedule) [Effective Sept. 1, 2026: $38.07 per hour]

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
And, One Of The Following
Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
