We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer to join our team, reporting directly to Dr. Mondana Ghias, MD, FAAD. Based in New York City, more specifically in DUMBO, Brooklyn.


Role and Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a Chief of Staff supporting Dr. Mondana Ghias, our Chief Medical Officer & Founder. You will work alongside Dr. Ghias to develop and execute clinical strategy, run the operating cadence of the clinical organization, and ensure relentless follow-through on company priorities. As Chief of Staff role, you will oversee key projects with biopharma and health system partnerships, as well as identify and address organizational challenges, and support the CMO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives.


Your work will span the CMO’s priority areas: clinical quality, physician success, market positioning, clinical research, and strategic partnerships.

You’ll work closely with the CMO on core, high-impact issues at the intersection of medicine, business, and technology. Experience

  • 4+ years of work experience, ideally with a foundation in healthcare operations, health system strategy or service line operations, biopharmaceutical partnerships, or consulting/banking with meaningful healthcare exposure.
  • Prior Chief of Staff or project management experience preferred, ideally at fast-scaling organization.


Most importantly: a proven bias to action, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to compete and win in undefined environments.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Target Salary: $120,000–$180,000+, commensurate with experience
