What You’ll Do

• Work directly with veteran commodity futures brokers to develop trading strategies, analyze market trends, and understand how weather anomalies and global events impact prices of soybeans, wheat, corn, coffee, livestock, crude oil, silver, copper, cotton - things which are indispensable to life.
• Assist clients in navigating impacts of geopolitical & climate-related risks on food, energy, currencies.
• Learn fundamentals of futures trading while building skills in market analysis, risk management, order execution.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, AI, website management, Sales, and GIS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and adaptability—you must be fearless on the phone!
• The ability to stay calm and think critically under pressure
• A passion for tracking markets, weather patterns, news, and geopolitical events
• Possess or commit to obtaining a Series III Commodity Futures Broker License

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applicants of all ages and backgrounds—no formal education required. However, coursework in meteorology, economics, environmental science, marketing, and insurance, would be a plus. Any experience in agriculture, energy, conservation, or risk management would also be beneficial.
