Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller, Healthcare Services (2-days Onsite, 3 days WFH)

Location: Addison, IL - NW Suburbs

Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days onsite

Salary: $150K-$180K plus bonus

Seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple operating entities. Reporting to the CFO, this position will lead the accounting team, own the monthly close, consolidate financial results, and manage budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and treasury
• Develop stronger accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for the CFO, Board, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support acquisition due diligence and financial integration
• Partner with operational leadership on costs, revenue performance, and financial planning
• Lead and develop Accounting Team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 9+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience
• Healthcare accounting experience required
• Strong experience with GAAP financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls
• Revenue cycle experience preferred
• CPA preferred but not required
• Previous team leadership and employee development experience required
