We’re looking for a digitally-fluent restaurant marketing professional to join the team as Digital Marketing Manager, owning CRM and loyalty strategy for one or more of our brands. This is an opportunity to build customer relationships at scale — driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and frequency through email, SMS, loyalty, and mobile app channels — while partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Operations, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional digital guest experience.
This role reports to the Head of Digital
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual CRM and loyalty planning for assigned brand(s), aligning customer engagement strategies with brand marketing calendars and business objectives
Own CRM marketing execution across email, SMS, and automated customer journeys, building campaigns that support promotional calendars and drive measurable engagement
Lead loyalty and mobile app marketing strategy — offers, rewards, member journeys, and engagement initiatives — to drive member acquisition, retention, frequency, and sales growth
Build, QA, and deploy CRM and loyalty campaigns with accurate audience segmentation, personalization, and on-time execution
Monitor campaign performance and analyze CRM and loyalty metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend optimization opportunities
Partner with Brand Marketing to develop digital campaigns that support key business priorities and guest engagement
Serve as the primary digital marketing point of contact for assigned brands, providing strategic guidance across CRM, loyalty, mobile app, and digital marketing initiatives
Partner with the digital agency to develop, execute, and optimize paid search, paid social, and other digital campaigns that support brand growth and customer acquisition
Collaborate with technology partners and internal teams on enhancements across CRM, loyalty, mobile app, online ordering, and related digital platforms
Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and reporting across multiple initiatives and assigned brands
Own Customer Sentiment strategy for assigned brands
Stay ahead of CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, and restaurant industry trends, translating emerging opportunities into recommendations that improve engagement and performanc
Ideal Candidate Profile
Digital marketing experience in the restaurant industry is a must.
Understanding of the franchise restaurant industry preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty marketing, email marketing, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with CRM and loyalty platforms such as Punchh, Olo Engage, or similar preferred.
Proven experience managing agency relationships and digital marketing campaigns, including paid search and paid social.
Strong analytical orientation — able to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, and Adobe Acrobat.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
Other Details
Base Salary: $80,000-120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Target: 10-15%
Location: Remote
Travel: Occasional travel for meetings and market visits
