Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Director of FP&A will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for advancing financial planning, business analytics, performance reporting, and decision support capabilities across the enterprise. Reports to the Chief Financial and Legal Officer.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build upon an established financial foundation while helping the organization leverage emerging technologies, enhanced analytics, and data-driven insights to support future growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen forecasting, performance management, business intelligence, and strategic planning processes.

Location: Based in Brillion, WI with hybrid flexibility available after the initial onboarding and transition period.

Key areas of focus include:

• Advancing enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis capabilities.
• Enhancing executive and board reporting through meaningful performance insights and business narratives.
• Expanding the use of automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Developing KPI frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into organizational performance.
• Partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to the continued development of a high-performing finance organization positioned to support the company's long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring significant finance leadership experience, a strong foundation in financial planning and business performance management, and a demonstrated ability to leverage data, technology, and analytics to improve decision-making. Equally important is the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization, communicate effectively with senior leaders, and develop high-performing teams. Experience within a distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.
