About Us

Nasco Stone & Tile is a leading supplier of premium stone and tile, serving top architects, designers, developers, and luxury residential clients across the country. We are seeking a high-caliber Director of Marketing & Brand to lead, build, and scale our marketing function. This role owns the brand, creative direction, and performance across all channels, and will play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth. We are looking for a strategic operator with strong creative instincts, someone who can elevate brand positioning while driving measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

• Own the Brand: Define and lead creative direction, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
• Lead All Channels: Oversee and optimize paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and organic social
• Drive Performance: Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve ROI and conversion
• Build & Execute: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch
• Content Leadership: Direct high-quality content creation (photo, video, copy) aligned with brand vision
• Manage Partners: Lead agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors with clear accountability
• Align with Growth: Partner closely with leadership and sales to drive revenue and market expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, brand, or growth leadership roles
• Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing and scaling performance
• Strong creative judgment with a refined design sensibility
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
• Experience in high-end consumer brands preferred
• Highly organized, decisive, and execution-focused
• This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into leadership and significant opportunity to shape the brand and growth trajectory of the company.



Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Base Salary Range: $85-100K depending on experience and qualifications
