We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven Director of Social + Content to lead social media and content efforts for a fast-growing beauty brand. This person will shape the brand’s voice across platforms, build meaningful audience engagement, and develop social-first campaigns that resonate within culture. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of creative instinct, analytical thinking, and leadership experience. You should be highly organized, collaborative, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead overall social media strategy with a focus on brand awareness, engagement, reach, and community growth.
• Develop and execute social-first campaigns that connect brand storytelling to broader cultural moments.
• Oversee creative direction for social content across platforms, ensuring consistency while tailoring execution by channel.
• Use performance data, analytics, and audience insights to optimize content strategy and measure ROI.
• Manage the organic content calendar and partner cross-functionally to support paid social initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader business and brand objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a social media team, guiding strategic shifts and creative evolution as needed.
• Bring strong experience in social media leadership, content strategy, and digital brand building.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
