Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in Electrical & Electronics engineering, with the ability to author technically rigorous, verifiable tasks
• Comfortable designing evaluation items with unambiguous ground-truth answers and structured scoring rubrics
• Experience interpreting or producing visual technical documents (schematics, datasheets, diagrams, technical manuals)
• Strong written communication skills tasks must be clearly structured and self-contained
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent quality
• Background in hardware engineering, power systems, circuit design, embedded systems, or a related specialization preferred
• Familiarity with model evaluation, technical assessment design, or academic benchmarking is a plus
