Responsibilities:
Keep complex, fast-moving calendars organized, anticipating scheduling conflicts before they happen.
Warmly greet and screen incoming calls, balancing a welcoming tone with total discretion and confidentiality.
Organize both internal huddles and high-stakes external meetings.
Map out smooth, end-to-end travel itineraries.
Own the details for company events, from picking the perfect catering to locking down reliable transportation.
Breeze through invoices and expense claims, ensuring alignment company policies using Concur
Help orchestrate seamless onboarding and offboarding, making sure new team members have the tech, tools, and access they need on day one.
Craft polished, clear, and professional messages in both English and Spanish for everyone from interns to executives.
Keep vital department docs including org charts and executive bios, sharp, accurate, and up to date.
Assist with checking spreadsheets and presentations so the team is always client-ready.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
