Executive Post Video Producer

Baron & Baron, Inc. is on the hunt for an Executive Post - Production Video Producer for our New York City location. The EP is an experienced manager responsible for leading, operating, and evolving the agency's in-house post-production department. This role oversees the post-production video team and establishes the processes, workflows, and standards that guide projects from initial planning through final delivery. The Executive Producer acts as the connective tissue between the creative team and the post-production resources (editorial, VFX, color, sound, finishing etc.) This role ensures creative integrity, budget and timing discipline, and ensure a seamless collaboration across high-profile campaigns for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Management: Own the end-to-end post-production pipeline, ensuring clarity and momentum for complex, multi-deliverable campaigns.
• Financial Oversight: Responsible for the profitability of the post-video department. Partner with Creative and Account Management to develop budgets, schedules, and scopes; manage costs throughout the project lifecycle with precision and transparent reporting.
• Project Leadership: Own and oversee project timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, flag risks early, and ensure milestones are met without sacrificing quality.
• Team & Vendor Management: Source and manage external vendors (editorial, color, VFX, retouching, sound, music) and maintain close collaboration with in-house editorial and finishing teams. Ensure freelancers are hired when needed.
• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with the Production team during pre-production and on-set to anticipate downstream post requirements.
• Communication & Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality control on deliverables to meet creative, technical, and brand standards. Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external partners, maintaining an organized and collaborative spirit.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing AI-driven tools and technologies that optimize post-production processes, while ensuring output continues to meet creative and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience producing post-production in creative agency, advertising, fashion, or beauty environments.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of full post-production pipelines (editorial, color, VFX, retouching, sound).
• Proven track record of managing budgets and schedules across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to keep teams focused and motivated.
• Experience with luxury/fashion brands is strongly preferred.
