We are conducting a search for a Financial Analyst to join a well-established Dallas family office with significant investments in the energy industry.
This newly created position reports directly to the CFO and offers exceptional visibility across a portfolio of operating companies. In this role, you'll build and maintain financial models, partner with leadership across multiple businesses, evaluate new investment opportunities, analyze financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models
Analyze financial performance, forecasts, and budgets
Partner with leadership across multiple operating companies
Support acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and special projects
Prepare financial analyses and presentations for management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of finance or financial analysis experience
Oil & gas experience strongly preferred (internship experience considered)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
MBA preferred, but not required
Professional communication and presentation skills
