Role Description The Financial Controller is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing core accounting and finance activities to support Resnick Construction’s real estate operations. This role includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, managing general ledger entries, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Financial Controller will perform regular financial analyses, monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and support compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, addressing financial inquiries, and recommending process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including experience with general ledger management and cash flow monitoring.
  • Candidates should possess Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills, with the ability to prepare, analyze, and present accurate reports.
  • Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
