Founding Implementation Manager (AI HealthTech)

Founding Implementation Manager | $140k – $180k + Equity | New York (On-site)

We're partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI HealthTech startup founded by experienced serial entrepreneurs, building AI-powered automation tools that are transforming operational workflows across healthcare providers.

They are now hiring a Technical Implementation Lead to own customer deployments from discovery through go-live and early adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role combining solution design, technical implementation, customer engagement, and project leadership.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design solutions using the company's AI platform, lead integrations and deployments, and ensure customers successfully adopt the product.

This is hire #2 on the deployment team and will play a key role in building the implementation function from the ground up.

You should apply if you have:

• Experience leading complex SaaS implementations from discovery through go-live
• Strong customer-facing experience managing enterprise stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, ETL processes, data mapping, or technical troubleshooting
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• A fast-paced, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Nice to have:

• Healthcare or HealthTech experience
• Experience with EMRs, HRIS platforms, scheduling systems, or healthcare integrations
• Exposure to HL7, FHIR, ETL pipelines, automation platforms, or AI products
• SQL, Python, or other data-focused technical experience
