🚨 We’re Hiring: Virtual Care Coordinator (Telehealth) 🚨

🩺 Role: Virtual Care Coordinator

📍 Location: New York New York 10017

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

💼 Contract: 3 months (with potential extension)

💰 Pay: $25 – $28/hour

About the Role:

As a key member of the care team, you’ll support virtual patient care and remote monitoring programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patient safety, enhancing telehealth services, and collaborating across clinical and technical teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients remotely for safety and clinical needs

• Support hospital-based telemedicine services

• Assist in telehealth program implementation and best practices

• Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and technology partners

• Ensure strong communication across patients and care teams

• Contribute to quality and safety outcomes

Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years of telehealth experience

✔️ Direct patient care experience

✔️ Strong computer & EMR skills

✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✔️ Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
