Role Overview
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, and delivering a positive candidate and new hire experience. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the HR team to coordinate recruitment efforts, manage onboarding logistics, and ensure a seamless transition for new employees joining the company.

Essential Duties
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate and retail positions
Post job openings across various platforms and maintain accurate job descriptions
Review resumes and assist with candidate screening
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and hiring timelines
Track candidate progress and maintain recruiting data within the applicant tracking system
Assist with preparing offer letters and employment documentation
Support recruitment events, hiring fairs, and sourcing initiatives as needed
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Manage onboarding logistics for all new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and new hire paperwork
Prepare onboarding materials, schedules, and employee files
Facilitate new hire orientations and introductions to company policies and culture
Partner with IT, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure new hires are properly set up before their start date
Monitor completion of onboarding tasks and required trainings
Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and document management
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–3 years of HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems
Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
