Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in the manufacturing plant. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support employee development plans
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Identify training needs, organize training programs, and support continuous learning and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and handle related inquiries
• Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
