Salary: $110k - $130k

The opportunity:

We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to work on the ground in our Miami facility, driving how our refrigeration systems get built. You'll analyze existing processes, identify where we're losing time, quality, or safety margin, and implement real fixes on the shop floor. This is a hands-on seat, not a desk job.

What you'll do:

• Analyze manufacturing processes and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety
• Implement engineering solutions directly on the shop floor
• Partner with production, quality, and design teams on standard work, tooling, and process documentation
• Support new product introductions from concept to production
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues in real time
• Lead cost reduction, waste minimization, and cycle time improvement initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical field)
• Strong foundation in process design, layout optimization, and systems improvement
• Practical knowledge of machining, fabrication methods, shop equipment, and safety practices
• Manufacturing environment experience — metal fabrication or refrigeration a plus
• Proficiency with CAD software and manufacturing-oriented design principles
• Sharp problem-solving skills and genuine attention to detail
• Lean/Six Sigma or quality management exposure is beneficial
