Marketing Director

Govig Healthcare Group, the premier executive search firm specializing in senior living, is partnering with a premier developer and operator of luxury senior living communities to identify their next Director of Marketing. We're seeking an experienced marketing leader from senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or another multi-site real estate environment to help drive the next phase of growth.

Based in Denver, CO, this is an exciting opportunity to lead portfolio-wide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across a growing portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury communities. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll drive integrated marketing strategies that support occupancy growth, new developments, lease-ups, brand consistency, and community performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of portfolio-wide marketing, branding, and communications initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, public relations, events, and local community marketing.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support occupancy growth and business objectives.
• Oversee marketing strategy for new developments, lease-ups, acquisitions, grand openings, and stabilized communities.
• Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and campaign performance while identifying opportunities to optimize ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across a growing portfolio of luxury communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in a multi-site environment.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth and measurable results.
• Strong background partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and agency relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or another multi-site real estate environment is highly preferred.
