The Opportunity

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the mechanical scope across a diverse portfolio of projects, including:

• Industrial
• Manufacturing
• Controlled Environment Agriculture
• Large-Scale Commercial

Working as part of a fully integrated design-build team, you'll have the autonomy to lead projects from preconstruction through to completion, collaborating with in-house designers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the mechanical scope from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, project schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, superintendents, and clients throughout each phase of the project.
• Drive project performance while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or background in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven experience managing the mechanical scope on commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
• Design-build experience is highly desirable.
• A proactive, organised professional who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through from start to finish.
