Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

Pineda Partners is hiring a Meta Media Buyer in Las Vegas to manage around $200,000 a month in ad spend across our client accounts — coaches, course creators, and info businesses running on cold traffic.

We're a full-stack revenue agency — paid ads, funnels, GoHighLevel builds, and sales team recruiting and management, all under one roof. We work on retainer plus revenue share, so the performance of these accounts is the business. We're co-founded by Ryan Pineda of Wealthy Way. This role is in-office in Las Vegas.

What you'll own

• Manage roughly $200,000/month in Meta ad spend across multiple client accounts.
• Launch, optimize, scale, and cut — kill underperformers fast and move budget into winners.
• Own daily performance: CTR, cost per lead, cost per booked call, and ROAS.
• Report clearly to account managers and clients on what's working and what's next.
• Stay on the cutting edge of Meta — new placements, formats, targeting, and platform changes before they're mainstream.
• Work hand-in-hand with our creative team. You run the media; our editors handle production.

What we're looking for

• Mid-level, with agency client-facing experience.
• Meta Ads Manager expertise is absolutely required — you've personally managed real budgets at scale.
• Direct response and info-marketing experience highly preferred — the Russell Brunson, funnel-driven world.
• You live in the data and move fast. You're comfortable making kill-and-scale calls every day.
• GoHighLevel familiarity is a plus. YouTube ads are a bonus. Google is not required — Meta is our core.
• Based in Las Vegas, or willing to relocate. This is an in-office role.

Comp and logistics

• $5,000–$7,000/month base depending on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to hitting performance targets and client results.
• In-office in Las Vegas. Relocation is on you, though we may offer a stipend for the right person.
• You'll report directly to the founder.
