Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide expert executive support in teleconferencing, desktop experience, and satellite-office networking.
  • Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.
  • Apply troubleshooting skills to in-office multi-function, and 3D printing systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in the development of documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex technical problems.
  • Follow established best practices and standards in technology service delivery.
  • Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to issues.
  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
    • Proven experience in technology analysis
    • Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
    • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
