Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in New York, NY. The Real Estate Sales Agent will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential real estate transactions, focusing on NYC properties. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. The agent will draft and review offers, negotiate contract terms, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining client relationships, updating CRM records, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and participating in team meetings, trainings, and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate Sales and broad knowledge of the Real Estate market.
  • Valid Real Estate License in New York State or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, listing services, and virtual tour technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
