Role Description The Sales and Marketing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Callaway, MN. This role is responsible for promoting the organization’s products, programs, and initiatives through sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating new customers and partners, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and supporting retail, wholesale, and event-based sales. The professional will help design and implement marketing strategies, manage promotional materials and social media content, and coordinate participation in markets, conferences, and community events. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with organizational goals, providing training or product information to staff and partners, and tracking sales performance and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

  • Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Candidates should be able to work on-site in Callaway, MN, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
