Your Impact
As Sales Director, you'll lead the daily operation of our commission-based sales floor while developing a team of 20–50 sales professionals. You'll set the pace, inspire performance, and create an environment where both employees and guests thrive.
You'll work alongside our Executive Team to influence business results, strengthen our culture, and help shape the future of Terry Costa.
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a high-performing commission sales team.
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop future sales leaders.
Drive daily sales performance through hands-on coaching and accountability.
Lead the daily operation of a high-volume sales floor.
Foster a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Partner directly with the Executive Team to execute company initiatives and business strategies.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and floor coverage to maximize both the guest and employee experience.
Resolve customer concerns with confidence, professionalism, and care.
Lead from the floor—not from an office.

What You Bring
5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume retail or commissioned sales preferred but not required.
A proven track record of driving sales through coaching and team development.
Experience leading teams of 20+ employees preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance sales, operations, and people leadership.
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Bridal, fashion, luxury retail, specialty retail, or other commission-based sales leadership experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$80,000 annual base with option to draw against commission
Realistic earning potential of $200,000+ annually
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Schedule
This full-time leadership role averages 40–50 hours per week. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak selling seasons. The typical schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, with flexibility based on business needs.
