SALARY: $53,045 + up to $19,368 in impact pay

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm

LOCATION: Mobile covering San Diego

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of Sales Representatives who are enthusiastic about developing AB ONE Portfolio in San Diego. This position will involve growing distribution, promoting, executing trade marketing programs, and raising awareness around AB ONE Portfolio in retail stores and bars.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent AB ONE Portfolio at events, retail promotions, and on-premise activations
• Engage with consumers in San Diego around local passion points including Active Lifestyle, Volleyball, and Soccer while educating them about the AB ONE Portfolio
• Develop and foster relationships with key accounts to improve AB ONE Portfolio visibility
• Visit on-premise non-buys to open new accounts with AB ONE Portfolio
• Own brand execution at retail in focus areas
• Build positive brand experiences in the market under brand guidelines through education and trade support
  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in promotional marketing, hospitality, or events is a plus
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mobile and open to potential relocation opportunities in the future
