Schedule
Following orientation, this position will work four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, with start times of 6:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.
Compensation
$21.91 – $25.29/hour, depending on experience
What You Can Expect
Partner directly with leaders to create and execute daily staffing plans that ensure appropriate coverage across departments
Make real-time staffing decisions, including staff allocation, floating, and cancellations, using established guidelines and staffing protocols
Communicate with unit leaders and off-duty staff to proactively fill schedule gaps and maintain safe staffing levels
Send outreach to employees regarding open shifts, schedule changes, and incentive opportunities
Accurately document staffing adjustments and updates within the electronic scheduling system
Support smooth day-to-day operations by balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume, team-centered environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, a high-volume call center, staffing coordination, scheduling, clerical, or administrative support roles
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: No prior experience required; training is provided
Licensure/Certifications: None required
