Senior Director of FP&A - $250k + Bonus

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to join their team and drive financial strategy and performance across corporate and retail operations. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical role in guiding the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.

Workplace Policy: Hybrid - Must be local to Somerset County, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management on key business drivers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial improvements
• Develop and implement processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis
• Provide expertise in wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial dynamics, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory management
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years experience, preferably 3+ in a top consulting firm
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial modeling and use of financial software/tools
