Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst | Sustainable Building Materials Company

We’re partnering with a large, publicly traded manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for a key business segment.

This role will work closely with finance, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial leaders to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial planning
• Analyze actual results, forecasts, and plans, including key business drivers and variances
• Develop financial evaluations for strategic initiatives and capital projects, including IRR and value-creation analysis
• Prepare financial and operational reporting for business leaders
• Gather and interpret financial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial data
• Support quarterly and annual internal and external reporting requirements
• Assist with commercial analytics, distribution costs, operational spending, and benchmarking initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial information is complete and accurate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a large, decentralized manufacturing organization is highly preferred
• Exposure to US GAAP and SOX environments is beneficial
• SAP or financial planning system experience is a plus
